  Chase responded quickly while we still had some ice and snow on the roof. He inspected the roof by walking around the perimeter. I wouldn't permit him to walk the roof at the time because I felt it was dangerous because there was still ice. No problem for Chase! He launched his camera mounted drone and spotted many issues. A full roof replacement was needed He coordinated with my insurance company and was at my house when the adjuster arrived. That was super helpful to ensure everything was pointed out. Chase also arranged for a subcontractor of other issues beyond the roof like interior ceiling damage, fence replacement and staining, and the full painting of our 1200 sqft barn. The subcontractor, Lucas did an awesome job! Super detail oriented and quite the perfectionist. The roof looks fabulous and makes the house look about 20 years younger. Never once was I pressured for the deductible or the insurance check, they just did the job. What a facelift!

  Higher roofing did an excellent job on our office roof. Daniel was professional and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. They showed up when scheduled, cleaned up when finished, and completed the job on time. I would highly recommend Higher roofing!

  Absolutely the best roofing contractor I have ever worked with in my 88 years. Competent, courteous, punctual and business intelligent. Fair pricing. During the work, we discovered that we would not have to do some work that had been agreed on. Received a proper REFUND immediately. Chase Casillo is a great superintendent. Does what he says he will do. Chase came out one day to inspect our roof damage and had me a contract, which I executed, the same day. Materials were deliver the next day and work commenced the third day. The roofer who did the work is one of the best roofers I have ever seen. Competent and extremely intelligent as to proper roofing mechanics. Courteous and worked non-stop. If you want a roofing contractor you can trust and rely on, this is the company!!!!!
