  I am a picky customer and I have done a lot of research for a good roof and a reliable roofer for my hail-damaged roof replacement. Finally, I chose TTR for both roof and rain gutter replacement. The price is not cheap, which is not the focus since it is covered by insurance. I chose the high-quality materials and requested the best warranty, which I know that might not be honored by the shingle company, but I believe who can offer the best warranty could partly show their capability since only the top ones could provide it. The salesman Connor didn't even look at my insurance estimate since they provide a materials with a certain price so if the insurance quote is small, the customer has to downgrade the materials. Vice versa. Very different than other companies that need to look at your quote and give you the material list. Some companies didn't even give you the model of the materials and only told me architectural shingles will be used. I don't know how many customers are deceived by these tricks. The work turned out to be as good as I expected. The installation was completed on time and the installation quality also made me happy since I almost supervise the whole work from the very beginning. The rain gutter installation was subcontracted to another company, but it was done perfectly. The insurance company didn't pay for the 2nd check-in time and Deena from the TTR never asked me to pay for it. The only thing they have done is to check the status regularly with me if any information could be updated. Pros: professional, use the materials as requested, very detailed written contract, no cut corners, legit company, local and not storm chasers Cons: The installation team might not familiar with the installation requirements if the materials are not the standard types so the customer needs to bring it up to the supervisor and installation team members. Would I recommend this company? Definitely, particularly for those who are not familiar with roofing and don't know who to use for their new roof. Don't use those companies that you can save the deductible. It not only illegal, but also hurts the quality of your new roof because I can guarantee you that they will not use the materials as promised. I know I have said a lot here because I hope what I have done could persuade people to use this kind of companies so they can last for a long time to provide warranty and better service. I believe nobody wants to hire someone that checks in during the storm seasons and leaves later. If there is anything goes wrong in the future, I will write another review.

  This is our second roof with TTR. We used them again because our first experience was so good. This time it was for our office/house built in 1911. It was a tricky roof with lots of hips/valleys/ridges. Not to mention the decking and rafters were critical to care for. They did great. One day in and out, roof looks fantastic, cleaned up everything. We cant say enough good things about this company, staff, scheduling, follow up. Job well done.

  Texas Traditions did a superb job when I needed my metal roof replaced after a hail storm. The superintendents, Brooks and Gerald, and the crews were very professional and easy to work with. They were extremely detail oriented and my roof now is simply gorgeous! I had a serviceable metal roof before. Now I have a real statement piece for my roof. I honestly did not know what a good metal roof looks like. Now I do! I could not be happier with their work.
