  Ace Roofing was amazing from the beginning. I originally only knew about 1 spot leaking over my garage. We had an old tile roof. Seth Spiker took care of us from the beginning by checking out the entire roof. He found lots of issues of broken tile and areas where the flashing was done not correctly. I contacted homeowners insurance. The owner of the company personally came out to meet with adjuster and walked through everything. Then bam 💥 I got a call that I was getting a complete new roof covered as long as we paid deductible. Seth was here every single day from 7a-7p watching over workers to make sure the job was the best! They even came out on the weekends to work. I am so impressed of the quality and how much the company actually cares about my satisfaction. Even after final payment they have come back to walk through to make sure I am completely happy. I completely recommend this company!

  I am a first time homeowner. When I found out that my roof had to be replaced I was really worried because I knew that it would take some time to find a company that I trust. Fortunately, I found ACE Roofing Austin and the project manager Courtney Hannum to help me out to making this project a success from beginning to end. Courtney has been very quick to respond to any of my questions. She even texted me throughout the entire process to let me know what would be happening day in and day out. I am very pleased with the work that they have done to my home. I would recommend ACE Roofing Austin and Courtney as the project manager to anyone looking to get their roof replaced, repaired and even gutter installations. They are very professional and timely. Thank you for the work you put in to make my roofing needs an easy smooth project!

  I just wanted to share a positive experience I had when using Ace Roofing Co. With the consistent rain we have had lately, I noticed that we had developed a leak in our roof. When performing an online search for a roofing company to contact, Ace Roofing was among the top results. After checking out the numerous positive reviews that customers gave to them, I placed a call and scheduled a time for them to look at the issue. Bill Sprauer arrived right on time and went up on the roof to investigate. He found the cause of the issue and was able to apply a quick fix, while at the same time, finding and addressing another minor issue that was unrelated to the service call. When finished, Bill very kindly declined to accept payment for his work. I will definitely keep Ace Roofing in mind when it comes time to replace my roof, and for any future repairs
