My house roof was 16 years old and pretty much needed to be replaced. I contacted Ivan Garcia with Telge roofing and get quote to replace the roof. The quote was reasonable especially with Telge roofing being around for a long time with factory certified Master Elite roofing contractor for GAF (Shingles manufacturer). Within three days after I received the quote and agreed with the pricing, Telge roofing installed a new roof shingles on my house and was done in one day. A few things stood out to me from Telge roofing are: a) Showed up and started the work on time b) Cleaned up after the work was done and removed all the debris including falling roofing nails c) Extend the ridge vent wherever possible without me asking. This will help venting hot air out of the attic. I did not find this out until I compared the before and after pictures that Ivan provided. It was a pleasant surprise. d) Installed additional rain caps on all PVC exhaust vent per my request to add another layer of protection on top of the new flashing with no additional charge. e) 5 years warranty on labor f) Ivan was professional and accommodating throughout the entire process

After calling and meeting with several roofers that had been recommended.. TELGE ROOFING, Ivan Garcia specifically , was the one that stood out to us. He was responsive and attentive is the main thing I can say. So many of these companies seem to act like they are doing you a favor, not Telge Roofing. The definitely treat you like family. Once he had to go head, they did the roof 2 days later.. and were done in a DAY. Our roof was 22 years old, so there was really no need to involve insurance. His guys even showed up EARLY .. got the roofing done, covered the pool and all of our decking, and cleaned up before they left. Ivan was here on and off throughout the day..Heck, he even had his guys change out the roof on my birdhouse so it would match the house!!! Would highly recommend TELGE ROOFING .. ask for IVAN GARCIA!
