We had a small roof repair job & Justin from Tectum Roofing did a great job. He was courteous & professional. But Tectum Roofing should accept credit cards especially if it is a small job & not paid by the insurance. Disappointed that they did NOT accept the credit card payment !

Great workmanship.....Repaired our roof and gutters....even came out and inspected the work done to make sure it was up to their standards. We were very impressed with this company and would recommend them.

Our firm was contacted to start a technology service with some customization. Invoiced, and started set-up. A month later there was no way to contact the owner. In twenty years of providing services to the industry, never had a company flake out after the owner said start. We still proceed on a verbal commitments Vs waiting for payments. If you ever wondered why firm must wait for payments its a few bad actors. My guess is there must be a lot of white hat reviews in their list , since a phone call or e-mail back was all we required if they changed their mind.

We inquired about a service and we said we would look further into it and we would commit when we felt we were ready. You insisted to do a customized login page. You felt the need to call everyday and try and be a pushy salesman. We are sorry that you feel the need to harm our company. Best of luck to you and your program.
