  Sept 2021. Cheyenne Roofing is top notch. They got the roof and gutters replaced on an Insurance claim and it looks amazing. They repaired several problem areas on the roof (rotted wood and poor flashing) from the last time I had a roof replaced. Their attention to detail was spot on. The crew and management was super, friendly and fast to respond. I highly recommend and will be calling them if I need to in the future. Great job Cheyenne Mountain Roofing.

  Excellent by every measure. Worplace was picked up at the end of every day. The crew was well led and every worker polite and professional. The roof looks outstanding and fixes all the issues we had. Complete trust from day one working with Cheynne Mountain Roofing and have not changed my opinion. Believe we got the very best product and effort. Good follow up post work to make sure nothing was overlooked and everything was working properly.

  Couldn't get even a first estimate done due to incompetence of Eric. I was trying to be considerate of the weather and snow situation so had to reschedule once due to a storm. I told them I would call back when it had improved. Instead Eric called and wanted to set something up. I agreed. He called the day of and wanted to reschedule due to an issue on his end. I was ok with that but also brought up the issue about the snow still on the roof. He said it didn't matter because he could get a satellite image to do estimates. Ten minutes before next scheduled appointment he called again and had concerns about the snow on the roof, which I had already brought up and he said was not an issue. I told him this and he had an excuse. He then moved on to appointment and asked if we were scheduled for the next day. I said no you are supposed to be here in five minutes. He didn't apologize or take responsibility for his mistake and wanted to reschedule again. Needless to say I wasn't interested at this point. I would not use these guys. Don't know if Eric is new or what. It seems odd we had such a bad experience with the other ratings they have.

Clearly this is not how things should have happened and I appreciate you letting me know about this so I can correct the situation.
