Our experience with Amanda Laird at Tarrant Roofing was hands down amazing. She walked us through the process every step of the way. Super impressed with her professionalism and quick response. Also making sure any follow up repairs were done quickly. If you are needing any roof work done, I highly recommend Tarrant Roofing! :)

We had Tarrant replace our roof last fall 2021.  Very poor communication throughout the whole process.  We would leave messages and they would never return our phone calls.  They would say they would be out at a certain time and would not show up.  It took from August until November to complete the full roofing and gutter installation.  Then after our final payment, two weeks later someone came out to replace the chimney vent.  No communication regarding that install at all.  Would not recommend Tarrant Roofing at all!

They keep showing up to my house every 2 weeks (This has been happening for years as my roof is a bit older).  I placed a no soliciting sign outside my house Specifically so Tarrant Roofing would leave my family alone.  They are the ONLY company in the Metroplex that does not respect the No Soliciting sign (I have it in 2 locations on my front door).  I have requested multiple times that they stop coming by, but they won't.  Sometimes it's even the same exact people I have asked to stop coming by.  I don't know about their work quality, but anyone who runs a business who is not willing to listen to the first request I make, is certainly not someone who I would trust to put on something as important as a roof.

I had the opportunity to work with Josh de La Rosa after my roof got damaged by hail. I had offers from several roofers in the area. But I liked the easy going personality of Josh, and his willingness to hear our concerns and going the extra step to help. Everything was explained well and he worked with insurance to get everything covered. The day of roof change was pretty quick and was completed in a day. There was no damage to collateral property as everything was protected.
He followed up with me to see how everything was looking, after a few days, and again few months later after receiving the warranty. Overall I had a great experience with Tarrant Roofing and would recommend Josh. Thank you again.

My neighbor referred Josh from Tarrant Roofing to me in person. Evidently, my roof and eave on the east of my house was deteriorating and was not aware. I mentioned to Josh that roofing contractors looked at my roof over the years, but their assessment did not convince my homeowners insurance to pay for it.

A short time later, I met Josh to initiate Tarrant Roofing to assess my roof. The first thing I noticed about Josh was the ease to talk and listen to.  He provided a thorough and clear conversation on the Tarrant Roofing’s general process and what to expect.

From there, Josh seamlessly coordinated and consulted with all roofing stakeholders while fielding my questions with clear and concise answers. He was very organized going over the contract and provided substantial technical expertise regarding roofing and materials.

He consistently followed up to ensure sub contractors were performing timely and quality work to include other coverages such as my  porch and fencing.

As result of Josh’s numerous professional skills and efforts, I have a new roof, repaired porch, and refreshed fence paid by my homeowners’ insurance. I will refer Tarrant Roofing to anyone.

I've worked for this company before was just let go yesterday the work environment was absolutely amazing the owner is the best possible person you could ever work for he's very intelligent and takes care of his employees thank you Danny for giving me the opportunity to be a part of this amazing company you have built!!
