  T and B has done roof repair a few times over the past few years. They also installed an entirely new roof within the last two years. After the recent snow, the melt resulted in a leak into the house -- an area that had been "repaired" before. I called T and B on a Wednesday and was told they'd arrive at 9:30 the next morning. No show. I called at 11:30, left a message which was never returned. Unprofessional, not responsive, etc. I'll spend my money elsewhere.

  Money well spent, Everyone knows roofing is an expensive ordeal. And no one wants to go with the "cheapest bid" for fear of lack of quality. They were not only the cheapest option, did quality work in going above and beyond, but backed it by a great warranty as well. In our experience Tim Medina and his great crew at T&B worked in a timely manner from initial quote to receipt of payment. So glad they were as accommodating as they were in the beginning of monsoon season out here.

  After checking with various roofing companies about obtaining an estimate for roof repairs and/or replacement and time constraints, I found almost all were booked for several weeks. Only one attempted to help with my emergency situation. Mr. Tim Medina of T & B Roofing said he would meet with me at my residence the next day at 3:00. The next day, shortly prior to 3:00 he contacted me to let me know he was on his way. Mr. Medina was very courteous and said he understood my situation. He provided me with an estimate and said he would expedite the repairs with his crew and complete the work by Saturday afternoon/evening. Mr. Medina and his crew arrived and begin working at the exact time he said they would. By Saturday afternoon the work was complete. Mr. Medina kept me informed and showed me at various time the progress and procedures they were taking. Mr. Median and the entire crew were courteous and respectful at all times. Mr. Medina installed a TPO roof which had a very good warranty and is currently, as I noticed, being installed by many of my neighbors. The price was well below what we expected. The installation and outcome looks great! I am 100% satisfied and recommend Mr. Medina and his company for their hard efforts and working on Saturday to help us in our situation. Thank you Mr. Medina (and Crew)!
