  I have used Rockefeller Construction for two different major plumbing leaks requiring new floors, tile, etc. They restored home to excellent condition, people in all departments very professional and personable, good quality products used, handled interaction with insurance company. For having my life so disrupted I always felt that they cared strongly about the service they provide and that it was important for me to be satisfied with the work that was performed. Highly recommend.

  My flat roof needed too much repair, so we had Rockefeller redo the multi level/areas with TPO. It was a big job that needed to be carried out using multiple ladders for access. A crew of 4 talented and cheerful roofers completed the whole job in 2 days, including removing a truck load of gravel from the roof. Dave Tapp was the project manager and he could not have been more caring and considerate. I couldn't be happier.

  After a devastating under the slab leak, we were referred to Rockefellers to restore the property to its original condition. Our relationship with Cole was outstanding! Even though it was crazy busy during this pandemic, Cole kept us informed every step of the way. Our hardwood was delayed due to the pandemic but Cole remained calm and gave me updates as we waited for it to arrive. When it did, Dennis from Select Floors did an absolutely pristine job of laying, sanding and sealing the newly laid hardwood. The drywall repairs and paint were done by Jacob to perfection (the water had seeped up the wall about half way). The affected area looks like a brand new house! I must commend Karen, the scheduler, as well. She handles the scheduling of the work like a pro and was always kind and understanding. Whenever I had a question or there were concerns about the bid and billing, we worked it out. There were constant checkins during the 5 month process even though the subs were behind and it was hard to get supplies. Larry, the owner from Rockefeller personally came by twice. We could not have been happier with the professionalism, attention to detail and understanding kindness that Rockefeller displayed! I highly recommend this well organized company!
