  There are many companies with the name Superior. THIS is the one you want, locally family owned and operated. Our house turned out beautifully. Every detail was completed with professionalism and with our needs in mind. Jim and his employees were great to work with because they responded to our questions promptly and efficiently. His employees have been with the company for years and you can tell they care about their workmanship. The product did take longer to get in because of supply shortages BUT completely worth the wait. The product used on our house is excellent quality and installed expertly, and they even clean up at the end of each day. Superior went above and beyond our expectations and we will be using this company again for future home projects. We have already recommended Superior to friends and family for thier projects. I recommend this company to you if you want the best looking house on the block. If you doubt it, just ask Jim for the list of homes they have completed so you can see the difference for yourself.

  I had my windows replaced and new siding installed on my home. Although a little slow, probably due to Covid-19, I am very happy with the final results. My home looks great and I know I will save on heating and cooling costs with added insulation and new windows. I was disappointed that I was told they would add gutter toppers at no charge, but when finished it wasn't written on the contract so didn't receive them. I have contacted Jim 6 or 8 times requesting a receipt and written info regarding the promised lifetime transferable warranty, but have not received four months after work finished and paid in full. Make sure you get everything in writing!

  Arvana, first of all I’d like to thank you for your business. I’m pleased that you are happy with the way your home looks. And yes, you will save money on your heating and cooling costs. In regards to your warranty, I apologize that it took so long to get it to you. Our supplier ran out of the original documentation, so we eventually printed them off and delivered them rather than continue to wait. And in regards to your gutter toppers, I would like to apologize for any miscommunication. This is the first I’ve heard about an issue regarding your gutters and would like the opportunity to make it right. Normally we provide and install gutters free of charge with new siding projects as an added benefit to our customers. The addition of gutter toppers, which is a premium product, always carries an extra expense. Arvana, we would be more than happy to come out and install the gutter toppers on your home, and we would sell them to you at our material cost and install for free.   Just before Christmas I had Superior Siding & Windows Systems install a new patio door for us. Steve is their door installer and there's no on better in the DSM metro than him. We didn't realize how much cold/hot air our old patio door was letting in until Steve did his magic sealing/insulating our new one. It's tight as a tick now and we can already tell a difference in our family room/kitchen temperature. The finish work Steve did was 10/10 as well. Both the interior trim and the exterior custom millwork turned out better than expected for my wife and I. Big thanks to "Git-R-Dun" Steve! In addition, thx to Jim Kinning (owner) for recommending the quality product. You will not be disappointed using Superior. They stand by their products and workmanship like few companies do in today's world.
