Our roof was damaged in the derecho 08-2020, I called our homeowners insurance company and they approved a new roof for our home and garage. I had a couple of companies come give us estimates, but I quickly became overwhelmed with other unforeseen circumstances. Daniel Rinehart stopped by my home in March of 2022 advising he was completing free inspections. He reassured me that Ram Roofing would handle all of the details with our insurance and they did. Daniel was a pleasure to work with, very professional, kept me up to date on all of the behind the scenes details, and checked in on the progress, before during and after the install. The crew was polite, fast and efficient, our yard came away clean and with no nails/shingles to clean up after the fact. I would highly recommend Ram Roofing, and Daniel to anyone seeking a new roof. Thanks so much.

Ram Roofing shared what was needed to be fixed and worked with the Insurance Company to take care of anything that might have been missed to cover costs. They did a real good job with the roofing and the company they contracted to do the new gutter installation Exclusive Exteriors LLC did real good also. Ram Roofing did a great job, from the first inspection to the finished roof.  Alex and Danielle did the first inspection and brought their drone.  They could show me damage in detail.  At first the insurance company wanted to replace only half the roof but Alex showed them that the whole roof needed to be replaced.  He really stepped up to represent us and got the situation handled.  Alex and Danielle made the whole process easy and I really want to say thank you to Ram Roofing and will recommend you to everyone I know.

My husband had a few people come to check our roof and see what they could do.  When Austin came, he was very polite, informative, and actually got on the roof to see if there was damage from the Derecho(which there was). We felt more at ease knowing that Austin would make sure the claim would go through. Austin was even present when the insurance adjuster came. The claim process went smooth and we had our roof replaced. I've got to say the roof installers do AMAZING work. We also had some painting done inside from some leaking from the roof and I was very impressed as well. Austin and his team go above and beyond to make sure your taken care of and that you are satisfied with the work done. Danielle first called me to do an inspection indicating other neighbors had damage from the derecho last August.  She and Alex did the inspection a few days later.  They took pictures and were very professional and advised they felt the roof should be replaced.  They handled the process of getting our Insurance Co. to approve and all the paperwork. They even did the install while we were gone, and we approved colors etc, by text after they sent photos of different possibilities.  It was a miracle to us because they found damage after the tear off that we would never have known about. They were done when we got home.  They were always professional and did a fantastic, thorough job always keeping us in the loop as they worked.  We would highly recommend Ram Roofing.
