  They're working on my neighbor's roof. They are being so loud (voice wise) I can hear them from my living room. Not very professional people who are acting up and laughing loudly. The people who worked on my other neighbor's roof were not loud like this. And seeing that you live in the same neighborhood does not mean you can be loud like this.
