  Great to work with during the design and build process. Worth the 15 week wait from order to build. Our structure was completed in one day and looks just like we wanted. Reasonable prices.

  When we met with the salesman in August we discussed the necessity of having the project finished by October. He told us that would be no problem. We paid the deposit in August. They finally put up wood frame just before Thanksgiving. No movement since then. Here we sit in mid-December - No Shop-Rains starting. Also of note, we have had an unusually dry fall to date... perfect weather to finish a project of this type. All we hear from them are excuses. If you enjoy getting the run-around, by all means call Ark-La-Tex shop builders. If not there are competitors and independents who can do the job for you. I am only sorry that I did not go this route before.

  I had a nightmare of an experience with a simple pole barn. I wanted the top to be finished gables and soffit trim. Not square or even close. The trim had to be redone 3 times. Finally gave up and paid them. I got the best job they were going to do. It was no longer worth the head ache. Customer support was not very good either. If you complain to them they will tell you what you want to hear. Not one time did anyone in upper management from Arklatex ever come to look at the poor quality that I complained about. Now that I spent my money and have a building with 4 corners that all look different. I will hire someone to come straighten out all their screw ups.
