  We got estimates from several highly rated area roofers to replace our original roof and install a new gutter system. Summit was the quickest to provide a quote and was subsequently very responsive to all our questions as we made a decision. Owner Brantley Blanchard made us feel from the start that our project was important to him and that it would be handled efficiently and thoroughly. Fortunately for us, his quote was the lowest as well. Our old roof was torn off, the new one installed, and seven skylights replaced all in one day. There were many workers, much debris and plenty of activity involved, but our yard was left very clean and of the many plantings close to the house, only one was damaged (which Mr. Blanchard offered to replace.) The recommended gutter system hasn't been tested by a huge downpour yet, but we have every confidence it will solve the overflow issues of our steep roof. We appreciate Summit's commitment to service and satisfaction!

  I randomly saw their truck driving around the other day and called, because I've needed our skylights replaced for a while now. The owner came and gave me an estimate the same day and impressed me with his knowledge and professionalism. He and his son were both very nice and personable. He not only sent me an estimate,, he called to explain it and was transparent with why he was charging what he was, and that it might be more if it wasn't as easy as he anticipated. I am very happy with how everything ran as smooth as possible and would definitely recommend this company!

  Really great experience with Summit. They replaced our roof earlier in the year. Totally professional, and went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with the work they did. We went with their recommendation on color of the shingle, and the roof looks great. They also replaced about 8 feet or so of very old dented guttering as part of the project and somehow were able to come up with an exact color match!! Then they added gutter screens to make sure that section wasn't left unprotected. I would have done that myself, but they beat me to it! That's the kind of service you can look forward to with Mr. Blanchard and team. Strongly recommended.
