After engaging with Patrick, I was very pleased to find that he was: * Very responsive to my questions (both before and after signing the contract) * Professional in interactions between myself and my insurance agency * Provided Active Program Management through the entire process Patrick was a solid partner throughout the process. He personally ensured all handshake moments between myself, our insurance company, and his organization were honored and carried out.   Sherry and I are retired homeowners in the Atascocita area and we’re greatly impressed and satisfied with our interactions with Stronghold Restoration and Roofing. They were primarily represented by Ben Coakley as the “salesman” and Patrick Cadogan as the on-site Project Manager. We began our contact by registering their company information from a yard sign in a neighbor’s yard and recommendation from that neighbor of their thorough and complete roof replacement. We were able to observe their workmanship and the completed results prior to contacting Ben. He arrived for an appointment on time and completed a thorough inspection of our hail damaged roof before advising us of the procedure to follow in making a claim to our home insurance company for roof replacement. Ben thoroughly explained what he found during his inspection and offered to “champion” our case directly to our insurance company via a three-way call and volunteered to pursue all options available to get approval of our claim. He was overwhelmingly successful! The claim involved roofing (and accessories), replacement of damaged gutters, 2 window screens damaged and repainting of a stained ceiling in our living room. Our “out of pocket” cost for the entire project was our 1% deductible hail damage amount designated in our insurance policy. After our approval, Ben and Patrick arrived early for an appointment to write a contract for the work to be done. Patrick was very thorough in explaining the entire timeline for the job and showed samples of all the materials necessary to complete a finished project. He answered all questions we had about materials and the process as it would be completed from start to finish. He was very flexible about scheduling the “application” day. We contracted the job in mid-December but asked to delay application until mid-January. He readily complied. On the scheduled day of the project (January 17th), a crew of 10 arrived at 7 am and began to prepare for the removal of our old roof. They were very efficient and hard working as the safely completed that facet of the project. All materials were collected and placed in a dumpster trailer and the area was completely cleaned before the crew left that night at dark (including at least three “scans” for nails around my entire house and driveway via magnets). The first shingle wasn’t nailed on until 12:30 pm, yet the crew completed the entire 5700 square foot application except for one facing of the garage roof before dark shut them down. Three crewmen returned early the next morning to finish the job (including painting the exhaust pipes for all the vents protruding from my house) and scanning another time for nails that might be on the ground/driveway of my house. We contracted with another contractor to paint the facia, soffits, and garage siding before Pat’s guttering contractor (led by Moises) returned to install the new guttering system two weeks later. Pat had a painting crew available yet allowed me to seek quotes and choose a painting contractor of my choice to do that facet of the project. I apologize for the “long-winded” evaluation but I believe their attention to details throughout the entire process of roof replacement sets them apart from other roofing companies. If anyone has taken the time to read this entire review, please feel free to come and inspect Stronghold Restoration’s finished product and we will gladly answer any questions you may have about their customer service.

  I highly recommend Stronghold. Mario, my point of contact, was very professional from start to finish, went above and beyond, and took care of everything with my insurance company and the inspection. He made the entire process stress-free and easy for me. He stayed in touch and was always immediately responsive when I had a question or request. The crew did a great job on the roof and I feel confident with their 6-yr workmanship, 30-yr shingle, and 10-yr wind & streak transferable warranty. You'll be very happy you hired this company.
