  They were very professional. I was getting snow guards added to a metal roof. They checked out the job and gave me an estimate the next day. He underestimated how many of the snow guards I would need so he took a trip to Ithaca to get the rest of them the same day but did not charge me for the extras. I’d definitely work with him again!
