  I called Stevens Home Builders for advice regarding costs for an addition we are planning for our home. Justin called me back and was honest and forthcoming about the estimated cost per square foot for our plans, and also raised the issue of the need to increase to volume of our septic tank, which is an massive cost that we hadn't considered. (Nobody had raised this prior - this was the first thing Justin alerted me about). He was so honest about the reality of the increased cost of materials and delay due to supply chain issues in this current economic climate. He could have said "yes, yes...we can do that"...(which he could), but what we really needed was an honest opinion. WHEN the economy recovers, I will be calling on Justin for our building needs.

  We hired Justin to do a new roof for us. He was very confident and said "lifetime warranty" on this roof! 4 months later was the first 2 leaks. He did come and repair those 2 . We have had numerous leaks since then, with excuse after excuse as to why. We just recently moved an exhaust pipe over because "that" was the issue. We paid , had that done, to only have the roof leak AGAIN! Do your homework with reviews people. We learned a hard lesson not doing ours! We now have someone coming to repair the damage caused by him doing "a new roof". Very poor craftmanship and pride in his work. BEWARE! Do NOT recommend

  Beware!!!! Justin Stevens put a roof on my house and sided it. He promised he would "take care of us." Well, he did. The roof leaked, the siding is falling off. We called him numerous times and he said he wasn't going to fix anything because the house belonged to my dad and he died shortly after Jasson's work. Really???? You promise a guarantee and then bail!!
