  Sterling Homes & Improvements did an amazing job for us! Mandi worked with us from the very beginning to guide us through all our projects (siding, decking, roofing) and she was always extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. It was refreshing to get that kind of service...several of the other contractors we interviewed for these projects didn't even come close. A huge thank you to Jason also, his expert carpentry, friendly personality, and work ethic, was unbelievable....the quality of his workmanship is the best we've ever seen!   Dan and his crew did an outstanding job when they installed new vynal siding on our home. They even went beyond the normal scope of the job and helped find and repair a water leak caused by a poorly installed window and did it without charge. We were so impressed by the work they did that we had them rebuild our entire deck. They came up with a design and recommendations and did the work and we could not be happier. I would recommend Sterling Homes and Improvements to anyone without reservation.

  First, this is a family business who really cares about the impression that they leave with their customers. Dan and his family are committed to protect their reputation. Our new roof was completed on 7/22/21 and it was a challenging job with extensive landscaping and not able to easily position the dumpster where the two layers of existing roofing could easily be dropped in. Going in, I knew that the landscape would probably be impacted, but happily it was minimal. Mandi, the estimator, is a joy willing to go the extra mile. This company roofed my nextdoor neighbor and my daughter's house last year so I was familiar with their work. Their pricing is a great value and their commitment to your satisfaction is unsurpassed. I rarely leave ratings, but you can't go wrong with these folks for windows, siding or roofing, and NO, I was not compensated for these remarks. It's refreshing to know that honest, reliable companies still exist.
