  Had to return 22+ bundles of shingles after roofer they recommended way over estimated amount of materials... Had to return materials personally after several attempts of calling and asking them to pickup shingles. And after returning the shingles they said I would have to get the refund from the sketchy roofer they recommended... materials were over 1K in costs. Terrible.

  Ordered siding for a shed on Monday. Arrived at 7:40 am Tuesday to pick up order. After 10 minutes I was given my copy of order and told they were pulling the order. After 10 more minutes I was told they were getting the last item and it would be 2 more minutes. After 20 minutes of waiting I went to the open service door to see what was going on. Was told the other guy is getting my order and they didn't know I was even there. After another 20 minutes of waiting I went to the front office to get a refund. Will never return!! Lied to!! Very poor customer service!! I should have been in and out in 10 minutes.
