Steele Roofing has just completed a total deck and roof replacement for our church. This project started in May 2021 with Cory Turner coming out and inspecting the roof. After many hours on the roof and literally crawling on his hands and knees he reported all of the damage and neglect and that we needed a new roof. Cory, John Steele and Natalie Steele have worked with our extremely stingy insurance over the course of six months to just get approval for the work to be done. Despite our insurance companies lack of urgency, Cory and John spent countless hours with the church membership explaining the process, ensuring the members that things would get approved and completed, even staying late into the evening answering the tons of questions that people had. Cory worked to stop leaks from coming into the building and Cory and John literally spent hundreds of dollars coming to and from the church to help us and THIS WAS BEFORE THEY HAD A CONTRACT!! Steele roofing did this simply because that is the type of Company they are!!! The roof is complete, the work is immaculate, the roofers are literally the most professional group of workers I have ever worked with and still Cory Turner is following up ensuring that we are happy and satisfied with the job that has been completed. Sincerely Steele roofing is the absolute BEST company in our area. When they tell you they are going to do something, they do it! Their work is the best I have ever seen, and their customer service is simply the best I have ever experienced. Cory Turner has been a literal God send I have never met someone who goes above and beyond the to make sure the work and the experience exceed expectation. John Steel and Natalie Steele have been an answer to prayer for this pastor and this little country church! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU CONTACT THEM FOR ANY HELP YOU MAY NEED! Scott W. After putting down a $20,000 deposit to replace our roof at our child care center in East Texas, we waited months with no updates on the start. Once the project started and was completed, we asked to see a copy of the warranty before final payment. The owner refused vehemently to send the basic language of the warranty before final payment was made. He had no problem keeping our deposit for months, but couldn’t extend the smallest amount of professional courtesy to us.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review! However, reviews are only beneficial to other viewers if the review is 100% truthful and accurate, which is not the case in this situation. You have failed to mention other key details but I will fill in the blanks for you so other readers can see the full story. This was a large metal job that required a special coil of metal be ordered. Due to Covid and crazy shipping delays we were at the mercy of the shipper and it was out of our control which we did communicate. We also even came out to the property to patch the leaking area while we waited for materials to arrive. It’s not that we refused to issue the basic language of the warranty, the full warranty was requested before payment would be released. We had a contract in place for the job which yields its own languages for payments and warranty. The agreements state that the signing party agrees to the terms, which was to pay immediately upon completion of said trades. Which took a month by the way to receive and only after we demanded payment. This became a breach of contract and since we had no idea when payment would arrive so we respectfully declined to issue warranty until payment was received, which is a term of the agreement. With that being said, the very second we were in receipt of final payment we issued both warranties that were promised. We also even performed some work on a shed which was not on the scope of repair but yet it was a kind favor we did out of the kindness of our hearts.
