  Our experience was very positive. They were professional and responded quickly to some of the changes we wanted to make. The installers were meticulous and thorough. We particularly appreciated Michael Smith who kept us in the loop on any changes in the schedule (weather related) and updated us regularly. The new roof is awesome and makes the house look brand new. Highly recommend Dickson Roofing!

  From the moment I called To get an estimate, until the the final payment, I felt Dickson Roofing was helping me in every step of getting a new roof. They did an excellent job installing the roof and cleaning up afterward. They were also very helpful in dealing with my insurance company. They know there stuff, and I would use them again, and highly recommend them for any roofing needs! They take care of , as if you were family!

  We purchased our new home while out of state and we knew a new roof was desperately needed. Dickson roofing was recommended us through our realtor. Within 24 hours they came to inspect the roof, identified many issues that existed and provided us a competitive quote for a new roof. Shon took the time, by phone, to answer my questions and was very professional. Once we approved the quote we put our 50% deposit down, which Cheri helped us process. Cheri is such a sweetheart! Nikki kept us up to date with the schedule, via text, and was also very cordial! We arrived at our new home one week after the new roof was installed and I must say, a job well done! The roof looks AMAZING and was installed without us being present, which impressed me the most! While wrapping up final payment, Cheri touched base on our move and made sure we made it safe and sound. It was like chatting with an old friend! She also recommended a gutter contractor, which I am currently in contact with, and they have been wonderful to work with this far. I highly recommend Dickson Roofing and will gladly tell everyone that will listen! Thank you for a phenomenal job, crew!
