I contracted with Steadfast about the third week in September. They claimed they could still have my project done in the fall. It was a 24x24 footer, block and pad for a garage. They started the week before Christmas and got this far. In retrospect, I would have structured the contract differently so that when they stopped responding or showing up, and left me with a mess, I wouldn’t have been out so much money. This is what it looks like not covered in snow. I have more pictures if you'd like to see. If you can't do the work, maybe you shouldn't take it on?

March 8, 2022 - I see plenty of positive reviews here, yet nobody posts pictures of the quality work that they received. Wonder why that is? I thought I'd share just a couple more of the fine craftsmanship, professionalism and responsiveness that you can expect for your hard earned money.

I fulfilled my need with the best team of Steadfast Custom Construction according to my demands. They did pretty well. Go for this company.

Overall, I was very underwhelmed by the quality of work this company performed on my house.  There were numerous issues and call-backs to correct poor craftmanship and improperly installed items.  We had the entire exterior of our home remodeled by this contractor, and the work is still not complete 11 month after signing the contract. Garbage was continuously left behind, nails left in the yard, metal shavings left for my dogs and kids to step on, materials left to kill my grass, and the material wasn't handled well either.  I have video of them throwing boxes of brand new materials when being delivered. The owner is hard to reach unless it's time to collect payment. There is nothing prompt about this business when it comes to execution of the work from my experience. There were no domestic workers in the crews that performed the work either, so language/communication was an issue.  The project has been paid in full and the work still remains uncompleted at this time. I would recommend going with another contractor if I were you.
