  I believe in supporting local business but not this one. Doing a bathroom renovation--initially met with Colt and when picking out tile the only thing he would say was "It looks great to me. It won't be in my house and I don't have to look at it.." So I moved on to Nicole which was good only for the first meeting to pick out tile. I wasn't able to get back to the store for three weeks after my Mum got sick and was in the hospital when I returned to finish picking out material she was VERY angry and yelling that I hadn't been back for weeks. It wasn't until after I was notified things were in when I learned there was a $200 delivery fee and they would deliver it "when we get to it." I called a week later to check on the status, Nicole answered and started screaming at me for calling in! And she lied to the manager telling him I was refusing to pay the remaining balance on my order! Why would I do that?!? I had to hang up. After the bathroom was gutted, I have to go with a smaller vanity due to the air conditioning duct work going right through the room. They do not accept any returns.

  We are sorry you feel this way. Anyone who has dealt with our company knows we do not haul off and yell, or scream, at our clients. Yes you were told there is a delivery fee, which is company policy. Yes you were told in store and via phone call that we are short staffed and our installers complete deliveries, so it is when we get a chance to pull off of an install to run deliveries. There are signs in the showroom/office and on the invoice (which specifically in your case you received 6 copies of), that there are “no returns on special orders”. This is not only our policy but our suppliers, we cannot return items that were produced specifically for your project.

  The employees are what make this store worth checking out. They have a good selection in store and can get about anything you need for your home reno project. If you go on a Saturday, ask for Cole. He was very knowledgeable and willing to spend time with me reviewing options for a small bathroom upgrade. The only thing that turned me off was how the lady on the phone handled my question when I asked if they offer a cash discount.
