  Spoke with Reggie who was very helpful. Explained that the violent storm in July, windy conditions and a mictpburst almost lifted my awning off my house causing damage. I requested a list of supplies needed for this layman to reinforce the awning which Reggie promptly accommodated by emailing the list to me!!!

  My wife and I were looking to get a patio cover put in and by accident met Reggie at his business on a Sunday afternoon. We gave him the measurements of our patio cover and our phone number. He said that someone would call to set up an appointment to come out for an estimate. A couple days later, I received an email on the estimated cost from Brelinda. I called her to confirm a couple things and she said that one of the workers would be out to confirm the measurements in a couple days. Sure enough, I received a call from Robert and he came out and confirmed everything. The cost was better than I expected. I told Brelinda that all was good. A permit had to be obtained from the city and Reggie applied for that and received it. We got our cover put in a couple weeks ago and love it. What a difference shade makes. I put in a mister system and now is very comfortable sitting outside. Thank you Star Aluminum. And a special thanks to Brelinda, you were very helpful and accommodating with all my questions. I wouldn't hesitate use Star Aluminum again or recommend them to any of my friends.

  NO STARS ACTUALLY DESERVED OR EARNED. Called over a week prior to 5/17/18 apt, was told would be called first thing in the am on 5/17/18 to set up time to get estimate. No one ever called. Called Star office after 3pm to ask if any one was ever planning on calling, was put on hold while receptionist coughed, told me she was chocking. Then told me she text person who was to call me to give estimate, cant help me, then hung up. Never offered another day or time, nothing later in the same day. I spent my ONLY day off waiting for STAR ALUM to come give an estimate. Apparently they do not need any local business. Nice. We were repeat business, no longer will any of us repeat with Star.
