  We are very pleased with the modification work Erik accomplished on our roof valleys, which had been a constant source of problems due to clogging from pine needles and tree leaves. He provided a clear explanation of the work that would be performed and provided a fair estimate of the cost. He was professional in every regard and provided regular updates on the progress of the ongoing work. Very trustworthy, friendly, and an excellent communicator. It is a pleasure to give the highest recommendation for his work. If you are having any problems with your concrete tile roof, Erik is the person to call.

  Erik arrived at our house and educated us on the valley's on our roof. He gave us a resonable price and we hired him to repair all of our valley's, cedar siding that had dry rot due to the leaking valley's, and the facia. He did a great job, was very efficient and cleaned up after each day. Concrete roof tile work is definitely a specialty and he has the skill & knowledge to produce a beautiful result! I would definitely recommend him! Great job!

  I found out about Specialized Exteriors from a roofing supply vendor in Olympia. I called Erik and spoke with him about some issues with a concrete tile roof on a house we are looking to buy. He gave me a lot of information over the phone, and we arranged a visit. Erik arrived on time, did his work, and gave us the results of his inspection. I can recommend Specialized Exteriors to anyone with a tile roof in the area, it is obvious from talking to Erik that he is knowledgeable, courteous, and a professional.
