  Great sales team (Thanks John and Paul!) very customer oriented. Great builder (Thanks Gary!) very talented and experienced. First our new roof and now our new deck. Just a great business operation (Thanks Joe!) BTW he stopped by twice to check on the deck progress) Even the city inspectors said good things about Southern Leisure's projects. Will we do business again with Southern Leisure...oh yeah!

  We Love It! Adam came out on a Friday to give a quote, we signed the contract on that Monday and given an estimate of completion of 60-90 days, and by Friday of the same week we were called to install. So it took approximately a week for our patio to get screened in. They completed it that day and we had dinner that night w/o getting ate up by bugs. The installers were very courteous too. *The only problem I had is that I had to go back up there to get a copy of my receipt. This is only minor and does not take away from the great quality of product and work we received. Lastly, they worked directly with our HOA so no fuss, no foul.

  This may be one of the strangest reviews in the history of Google. My mother, who was in the midst of early on-set Dementia, engaged the services of SLB to enclose her porch. Due to supply chain issues it was 11 months from the date of paying the deposit before the install. The install took two days and the porch looks great. Next month my Mom will move out of the home and into assisted living. At least someone will enjoy the porch. I was impressed with owner of the company's ability to compete with my verbal jousts when in confrontation over the cost of the job. He even had some good quips himself. Stress is a strange thing. And when it involves your mother, it gets even weirder. Thanks Joe and SLB team for putting up with my shenanigans. Best to you in the future.

  Ed, First and foremost, we wish the best for you and your mother. We realize everyday life can be stressful enough in today's environment, let alone dealing with an illness with one our loved ones. Our thoughts and prayers are with both of you, and we are hopeful that everything works out for the best. The past couple of years have been challenging for all of us, to include major supply chain issues, labor issues and of course inflation. We do strive for complete customer satisfaction in all that we do. Although there are circumstances above and beyond our control, we still have those thoughts in the front of our minds.
