  Great product, delivery was exceptional but the return policy for unused materials is ridiculous. They give 30 days but with zero wiggle room. Even unused products still in the original box they will not take once over 30 days.

  The service was outstanding. Once I was in the office, the gentleman at the desk new exactly what I wanted from two words I said! He was very helpful in getting my the goods I needed and it was at a very decent price! I was actually impressed at how the price was. Will be visiting again.

  I went into this business to look at getting an atrium window repaired. The gentlemen at the front desks then proceeded to convince me that a specialty tool was needed to replace the balances and recommended me to Gause Glass. Not knowing anything about window balances I blindly went over the Gause Glass. Two technicians came out and told me it would be $292.00 to replace. Luckily for me they never followed up and I did a little youtube and research on my own. Bottom line, after spending $28.92 on the replacement parts and watching a couple of videos, I realized that no specialty tool was required. Only a Phillips and flathead screwdriver was needed. Took me about 10 minutes to replace. Just one business feeding another relying on people to remain ignorant. I would consider this business dishonest and never use them again.
