My house was inspected for free by Mark. I was impressed with his professionalism. The roof was recommended to be replaced. There were no problems. We had a longer wait period for products, etc., due to the COVI-19 period. After they started, they finished quickly. We were impressed from the beginning. While their faces were covered by masks, I could tell they were all very nice people. Their picture and subsequent inspection proved it. They were reasonably priced. I will have to wait to see if it works when it rains, but they have a warranty, so I feel secure.

The team was great to work with. Throughout the re-roofing process, Mark was a great communicator. We were kept updated regularly throughout the entire process. Our new roof is beautiful. Even the attic was ventilated to keep the house cool; they even went so far as to add more ventilation. They did a great job. Definitely recommend.

Many companies refused to patch my flat roof, especially since it should really be replaced. However, in the midst of the pandemic, I do not wish to spend that much money. This company responded very quickly and had excellent communication. I thought the price was fair, and the work looks nice. They spent a reasonable amount of time working, so I think they were thorough.

Homeowner Beware.
The Southeastern Roofing Co. in Chattanooga convinced me to use them to install my new roof.  Their online website (GA) portrays a reputable company.  But that is not what you get.  They came out and covered up bad plywood with shingles.  They also damaged all of my aluminum coil on all the corner posts of the home.  There was no quality control.  They damage your home, advise you to get another contractor to repair it and then they want to dispute the amount you had to pay to get it repaired. The 100% damage done was created by them and only them and they had me to find another contractor to repair it and now they don't want to deduct for it.  So now I have Band-Aids on my home.  The Chattanooga office and the regional in Georgia do not want to take any responsibility for the degree of damage they done and believe it is acceptable.   It has been a ongoing nightmare for awhile now and they still don't want to do what is right.  I hope this information will help another homeowner when deciding who to use for their roof.  Who will stand up for their work.

Upon reviewing your file, our quality control personnel, Mason, was on site at at 6:34 am on 8/23/2021 prior to our installation crew's arrival of 7:19 am on 8/23/2021. He was on site until the completion of the work at 12:46pm on 8/23/2021. There were no present issues determined.

On 9/1/2021, our file indicates, you contacted our Chattanooga representative, and you were going to collect an estimate from someone else as you refused to allow us to make the cosmetic changes to ensure your roof was up to your satisfaction. We vehemently deny ever requesting you to utilize your own contractors as there is no motivation for us to do so, financially or logistically.

Upon attempting to collect this unpaid balance, the contractor of your choosing had given us a wholistic estimate, in which included ancillary items that were not apart of our work that were additionally done. After repeated attempts at requesting an itemized breakdown to deduct the proper items- you continuously requested to deduct the entire invoice. We have attempted to contact your preferred contractor and they do not maintain any accounting system to itemize or maintain historical job information.

Your file indicated that you spoke to our production staff and made comments such as [paraphrase] "at least you guys came out and took care of it"

As of today, there is still an unpaid balance on this invoice, which we have been attemping to resolve over the past weeks - including today, but are still missing the itemized breakdown via your contract.

Once again, we take all feedback extremely seriously and investigate it to a extreme level of granularity, but in this case - we are having trouble with the lack of communication in regards to discounting your invoice for work done. Unfortunately, we are unable to pay for additional work that is completed as this is an insurance claim and has the propensity to be classified as fraudulent. Please reach out to us to discuss any additional concerns; we have notified our Accounts Receivable department to continue to reach out to your preferred contractor to see if they have any iPhone photos or material(s) in which can validate a proper discount, so we can uphold all warranties for the installation once the account is paid in full.

Good service at a reasonable price. On my property, I had a little roof replaced on a back home. My tenant had mentioned that they cleaned up after themselves and were pleasant while doing the job. They are someone I would recommend to anyone who needs roofing work done.
