We recently finished replacing our gutter in addition to siding, along with some painting to exterior windows.  The folks at ER Roofing has been wonderful to work with.  They were professional, easy to reach, and anytime we had questions or issues regarding any work being done, they were quick to address them.  We even wanted some modification done to an existing project post contract and they were more than willing to accommodate.  I highly recommend.

This is one of the best companies and contractors I've worked with in my entire life, period.  Initially I reached out to ER Roofing Specialist because I needed a quote on a new roof. I chose to go with a metal roof and his crew completed the work promptly and professionally, even replacing my skylights all while adding an additional three skylights in my kitchen. I couldn't be happier with the results! Then I found out that ER Roofing Specialist does more than just roofs, and I have since had them do my siding, gutters and downspouts, front steps, patio and back deck. I am continuing to use ER Roofing Specialist for my interior work now, which will involve a complete kitchen renovation, as well as updates to the bathrooms and new flooring. I've had multiple neighbors, even some I've never met yet come up and ask me about the work being done to my house because it just pops! Most beautiful house on the street if you ask me. I had a vision, everything has turned out better than expected, and I owe it to this company. I feel all of the estimates have been reasonable, and when I questioned the pricing, they were quick to adjust it and work with my budgeting. They are very quick to address any concerns I have, and if there are any locations around the house where I've questioned the quality (has not been a problem though), within one or two days the problem is corrected and the results are better than  expected. Super fast turnaround and very responsive whenever I text or call with questions. I highly suggest using this company for any and all work around the house. Apart from the landscaping which still needs to be addressed, and the garage door which has been ordered, the entirety of my house on the outside is brand new.

We started using ER back in 2017 when some shingles came loose.  They arrived quickly and did a quick repair.   We needed other work done so we contracted with them to doing some facia / soffit updates along with replacing our gutters - for all that work, they did great, though after getting started, we had an issue where they didn't want to make some of the updates we contracted for.   We also had them replace siding on one side of our house - while in general this work was done satisfactorily, they did a novice job when it came to where our utilities come in.  We asked that they correct this several times - they improved, but it could have been done more cleanly.   A few years later we needed to call them back for additional roof repairs - the initial job they did a few years earlier came loose again.  This time they were out quickly and did what seemed to be a good repair and charged us fairly.   1 year later this same spot on the roof came loose once more.   This time they came out a few days later to repair, but the cost skyrocketed - what was a $100 repair the first time was now a $500 repair.   Same spot, took the same time (30 minutes) but the cost was now a lot higher.   At the time we contracted with them for this repair, we assumed that the job must be a lot larger - we even asked if they could make sure that all the singles were secure so we could avoid even more repairs for the same spot, but they told us that the shingles were too cold for that.

In summary, for the same location on the roof we've had them come out and repair - $100 the first time, $200 for the second time, $500 the third -- each time spending about 1/2 an hour on the roof.   Hopefully next time we'll find a roofer that can do the job once at a fair price.

We responded to this review via email to Mrs. Baglien on 12/9/21. The estimate was signed and approved before any work started. No discount can be applied to her account, as requested by Mrs. Baglien. She was explained the following:

"ER Roofing Specialist completed repairs in the same slope - Front Right, but different areas.  Each area was worked on individually at different times.  Our office does its best to provide a roof repair report and quote before scheduling any repair work.

The third repair area completed in late November was resetting shingles, and the whole section cannot be renailed as they have no flexibility and shingles would break. The roofing specialist spoke to Mr. Baglien and mentioned shingles may be renailed in the summer when the shingles are flexible.

The shingles have become loose over time in the same slope due to an improper roof replacement installation, not by ER Roofing Specialist.

first time (1 to 2) shingles were renailed
second time (about 4 ), shingles were renailed,
third time  (10+ shingles) were reset

We love to keep our relationship with our customers and respond to any concerns - The initial concern when we spoke was there was not enough banging on the roof for 10 (ten) shingles to be reset.  I went to the property, took drone overview pictures of the repair area, and sent in a roof photo report before and after the repair.

When we last spoke, another concern was the price was unfair. We quoted "Reset 10 shingles -$500.00." The quote was signed and approved.  We quoted for resetting the 10 shingles, not the time it would take to reset the shingles.

I hope this email can help clear any misunderstanding. As a homeowner, we understand it can be frustrating to keep having repairs done on the same slope and in different areas. We were disappointed and shocked to see a review that compromised our company's work integrity. Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for shingles becoming loose on the same slope, in different areas,  as we were not the original roof installation company.
