We needed a roof inspection around Christmas due to a December storm that damaged our roof. They came out quickly and because more than 25 percent of the roof was affected, our insurance company allowed for replacement. The entire process was quick and efficient and I wholeheartedly recommend this company if you are in need of repair or replacement. We also did a solar attic fan and hope it is beneficial but that was us asking them for it and not them trying to upsell.. From the time of the storm to job completion, we are at 3.5 weeks. So pleasantly surprised by how great they were to do business with.

We experienced high wind roof damage in December right before Christmas. Sonshine Roofing came recommended so I called. The owner came out on Christmas Eve to see not only us but also several of our neighbors. We found Nathan and Jeremy to be professional and knowledgeable. Jeremy met with our field adjuster and spent an hour on our roof. They made the entire process easy. The crew was professional and efficient. We would highly recommend Sonshine Roofing. The roof looks awesome. Job well done!

While the quality of work was great I cannot give them any better because of lack of communication. While I don't mind paying for a service getting a sticker shock of $7000 over estimate after the work is done is a shock to the system. I would recommend keeping the customer more updated throughout the work .

Tom, thank you for your excellent review of our work! Thanks also for your feedback on communication. On the day we began your roof replacement, I was onsite. It was clear that there was a significant amount of rotten and compromised plywood roof decking and wood fascia. You and I spoke about it in person at your home that first day. While I could not provide final numbers until later when the necessary wood replacement was finished, I did let you know that it would be "many thousands" of wood replacement costs. With the hyper-inflated price of wood right now, I can understand how it may have still been a shock. -Nathan Borntreger, owner/contractor
