  The whole experience was great. They were on time, kept the yard clean, and did a great job installing my new roof. Jessie, the job manager was awesome. He was very friendly and kept me up to date on the progress. Overall, I was pleased and would recommend them to anyone needing a new roof.

  Very professional, very well priced and outstanding materials and warranty. After a hiccup in the insurance payment, Red Dawg was not only understanding, they were very supportive. I chose the company based upon their reviews and reputation. After reaching out to them, their response time was unparalleled. Their reputation and reviews do not fully encompass their true level of professionalism and accommodation. By far, one of the most upstanding and forthright companies I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. There are many roofing companies that will take advantage and rip their customers off. Red Dawg is the exact opposite. They are compassionate, professional and honesty a true example of leaders of their trade. Clearly their foundation is customer service excellence and is thoroughly transferred throughout all branches of the company. I would highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for fairness, honesty and professionalism at its highest. A guideline for which other roofing companies should strive to be!!!!!

  Good people, got me exactly the roof I wanted in a time there is a international shipping crisis, and material shortage. This was fast and other then the $ it wasn't stressful. We did have a few problems, but in the end we are perfectly happy with the roof and work.
