Smith Roofing and Exterior did an excellent job! Original contract consisted of just a roof replacement. They assessed my existing overhang porch and found it was unsafe. They demo'ed the existing porch and built a new porch in the same style in one week. Their project manager Brad Tindell and his work  crews where polite,efficient, and knowledgeable on everything the project detailed. Would recommend this company to anyone needing any kind of roof or exterior services.

Smith Roofing did an excellent job on my roofing repairs.  I had shingles blow off two hip ridges in a storm. Thomas came out for the initial inspection and estimate.  He was very thorough with the inspection of inside attic and roof shingles.  Estimate was very fair. The project foreman Brad and crew were very professional and did a great job.  This is the second time I have used Smith Handyman.  First time was for interior work in my basement and now the roofing.  Highly recommended them!

Working with Smith Roofing from the start has been a pleasant experience. They were transparent with every aspect of the process and got the job done quickly. Brad, our project manager, ensured every little detail was accounted for and even made sure I was able to facilitate a work call with no interruptions since I work from home. Brad was extremely professional and confident as our project leader and the repair of our condo. He was very dependable and always put forth his best efforts. I would recommend him to anyone as a competent and fair person to  have working for you. We contacted them for a roof repair and the sales guy, Chris McBride, arrived and inspected the roof. He told us the repairs would be $1500. We agreed to this and paid the down payment. Day of, they were to arrive at noon. Noon comes around and no one is here. We called and they said because of the rain they would not be arriving until a few hours later. Which is fine, but communication would have been nice. Their workers arrived first. And while they waited on the project manager they were on our porch plugging in a microwave to eat lunch, seemed unprofessional. Project manager arrived and goes to roof then comes down and says apparently the sales guy missed a lot of things and the roof will actually cost $5000. I will say, the project manager did great work but what is the point in having a sales person come out if he doesn’t know what he is doing or the price is going to be off by $3500. Wouldn’t recommend, especially if your sales person is Chris McBride. Poor business model.

I cant express how great this company is.they installed gutters on my house. Brad over looked the job and made sure everything was efficient. They were on time and everything was outstanding. I would definitely recommend this company to whom ever is looking for work to be done. This was a very pleasurable experience. Thank you smiths roofing and Bradley.

Wonderful job done today, 11/24/21, by Brad Tindell, not only on this  roof repair, but excellent work as well on a previous job on my chimney cap October 19, 2021.  I was delighted to have him back again because I knew his work would be professionally done.  Brad explained everything he was doing, even showed me "before and after" photos of this project.  I highly recommend him for for superior performance.

I would also  like to commend Connor and Courtney.  My contacts with them in making arrangements were always so pleasant.  Courtney always   returned any calls I made to her and kept me totally informed on pending work.  So very nice.  These employees are assets to Smith Roofing.

Smith put up a new porch cover for us to replace our existing, smaller cover.  Every step of the process, from estimate to completion, was a 5 star experience.  Taryn and crew helped design a structure that was better than we could have hoped for, and every person who worked on our project was friendly and professional.  I was most impressed with how responsive they were to our questions/requests for changes during construction.  We will continue using Smith for projects in the future.

My husband and I used Smith Roofing to add an awning to our outdoor patio, as well as add additional concrete to extend the patio. Kevin was our point person, and he was fantastic. Communicated well. Gave us plenty of ideas and options. The final product is beautiful and matches the house perfectly!

Smith Roofing was very professional, prompt, and did great work!  New roof looks fantastic and I know it was installed properly.  Very satisfied and would recommend to anyone needing a new roof.
