  Spencer and Janelle did an awesome job remodeling our shower in the Master Bedroom. I highly recommend American Home Improvement and this crew. They were very friendly and easy to work with.

  When I bought my house over two years ago, I knew then that I would have to remodel the kitchen. After having 3 other companies give me quotes, I decided to contact American Home Improvement. In January, Rick came to my house and after listening to what I wanted for my kitchen, he came up with a reasonable quote and advised that I would want Andy Tamborino as my installer, because he is the best! A couple of months later, Andy came and took the measurements for my new cabinets and counters. In August they arrived and he was ready to get started. In just under 8 weeks, I went from the first two pictures, to what I have now. If you are looking to remodel your kitchen - or any room - call American Home Improvement in Knoxville and beg them to send Andy!!

  We searched for a good company and this was not it! We had a new metal roof, a dormer and new gutters w/guards done over the summer 2021. I have called the sales person, the office and several calls to Vanessa to no avail, in about 8 months total. I stated calling about the gutters leaking and how they were installed after the flooding in Canton, NC and made another call January 12, 2022 Because the gutters are separating from the house and the gutter guards are falling off because they are held on by 1 screw. I left a message with some guy who told me Vanessa was out sick and would call us when she returned, that never happened. The following week I talked with Wanda and sent pictures January 21 and was told Vanessa would get them and call me, that did not happen. I called the following week and talked with Wanda, again and was told because of the weather (rain),Vanessa would call me to schedule when it dries up a little, and now February 28th, called and Vanessa is on vacation! Over the last 7 weeks, let alone 5 months, Vanessa has not been available: sickness, days off and now vacation. We have been given every excuse, when there has been a live person, as to why things can not be scheduled or corrected. Run from this company! They do not stand behind their work or guarantee and they certainly do not care for the customers. If this can be fixed in the next 2 weeks, I may adjust or even delete this post, but I doubt this is going to happen.
