  Although we dealt with various representatives along the way (all positive experiences), Caleb Hendrickson was THE star by far, sharing his extensive knowledge and experience regarding our project needs and providing excellent overall customer service. Based on this positive experience, we would definitely consider exploring other Smart Roof offerings for future projects. 7/30 update --- AND to further illustrate the customer service I'm speaking of, Mr. Hendrickson stopped by my house to doublecheck a concern I had regarding tree trimmers"proximity to my freshly completed roof/gutter job. He added me to his existing schedule and made a quick inspection to ensure that all was OK. It's rare to find this level of customer service and I really appreciate it!

  Smartroof did an excellent job in replacing our roof that had been damaged in a storm. They were extremely efficient and did a great job in cleaning up after the project.

  Best contractor experience ever. Luis and his team at SmartRoof were exceptional and very timely and professional with no detail left out. Cleaned properly when complete and roof was done in a day! If you can get Luis and his team, you're in for a treat!
