I have had two great experiences with Central Exteriors tackling a roof installation and skylight repair, and the having a small repair on out terracotta tile roof in Washington DC. Ian is always responsive and foreman provides excellent communication about job and sends photos of issue and final product. Highly recommend.

This is the 5th time we’ve used Central over 9 years. Terry the owner is absolutely wonderful to work with, as is the attic specialist Dan (as well as all of the crews). This time we had them fix attic ventilation issues by installing new exhaust for bathroom fans as well as soffits. In the past they’ve done our total roof replacement (including the plywood underneath), installed new gutters with leaf guards, and done roof and siding repairs. A truly great company - thumbs up on the people, prices, and professionalism!
