  Shane was terrific and fixed our leaky faucet on time, the first time, and for a good price. He was on time and kept me updated when he would arrive. Polite, personable, dressed professionally and was engaging which made me feel comfortable asking any questions about the work that needed to be done. Took his shoes off at entrance without being asked to do so (which is rare but truly appreciated). He explained what was needed and what he was doing. Job was done in a timely manner even when right parts were not provided from store for him, he didnt hesitate to go back and get the additional parts without seeming put out. He made his presence clear when entering since I was working from home. I will be reaching out for more business and have already recommended this business too my family who wants to do business as well. Thank you for a hassle free, and professional job well done.
