Our roof was damaged requiring a full roof replacement.  The Campo team made this an easy and stress free process from initial inspection through job completion.  The roof looks fantastic. The team was very knowledgeable and trustworthy, and I appreciated their help in working through the details with my insurance company.

Did a great job on my roof. Also, they were more than patient with payment from my almost unresponsive insurance company.

My experience with Campopiano Roofing was wonderful! I reached out regarding a leak in my gutter/roof that was causing damage to my home’s exterior at a rapid pace. They could sense my urgency and sent out a crew to investigate that same day! The repairs were made on the spot to ensure no further damage would take place. They worked fast and efficient and were very transparent regarding the repairs needed and communicated with me every step of the way. I am so thankful they acted so quickly and were able to address my problem immediately. I spoke with one of the associates and I learned he had just returned from Florida repairing roofs from hurricane damage! The agility demonstrated was obviously elite craftsmanship and saved me a great deal of time, money, and hassle. Thank you Campo Roofing for saving the day you are truly the best in the business!!

UPDATED RESPONSE:
GAF warranty came and inspected our roof within a week and provided punch list following week. I forwarded that to campo so you guys had that early on. Also we did not have any damage to our ceiling from a tree puncture. We paid $600 for a home inspection they caught two areas in the roof that needed fixed not from a tree branch the other area has no tree by it so that theory does not work. We were told we could easily just use the warranty to fix however when we tried to transfer the warranty we couldn’t because GAF came to  inspect and said the wrong materials were by campo to fix so we had a 60 day deadline to get you guys to fix. It was in July when I called to do this transfer and I let Campo roofing know what was going on and after multiple no calls no shows For appointments I started to get worried because the 60 day limit was coming up. Still no visible damage to the inside of my ceiling, But then you guys waited from July to January to come install the right materials and by that time my ceiling was damaged so how is campo not responsible for that? And you only did this just so you wouldn’t lose your GAF license which They stated would happen if you did not fix so please don’t act like you did us any favors by coming out when it was just the moral thing to do. How come the moment I got the BBB involved I magically get a call to come fix my roof within days why could that not happened within the 5 months?? It does not take that long to get materials and waiting that long caused further damage by extending to my ceiling. I’m confident that if you guys had even gotten to this by October November I would not have internal damage to my ceiling. And how is this not campos fault when those other materials should not have never been used in the first place?
Also to add my inspector told us that the rubber membrane seams came undone because the temperature wasn’t hot enough when sealed. It was not cause of a tree branch like I said the other area that has ceiling damage there is no tree near it.

UPDATE:
hiring a lawyer since they refuse to fix the damage that occurred to the inside of my home after them ignoring my request for 6 months to please fix our roof that was installed by them incorrectly. I had to get the bbb involved and only then did they give me a call back to come fix and only want to do half of the job and not fix the inside of my homes ceiling to any customer this would be upsetting. This damage only occurred because they ignored us for so long when we first moved in there was no visible damage to the ceiling.This is okay as I have the time and money to pursue legal action and that is my next recourse. Again never work with this company from the start they have been unprofessional and I know the previous owners of our home who originally had their roof installed from campo feels the same way as they too had issues.

The damage was not there when we moved in and after being ignored for almost 6 months the roof ceiling started cracking had to get bbb involved for them to properly patch the areas that they used the wrong materials to fix a couple of years ago. What a nightmare of an experience, I’ve tried everything to get this company to come fix our roof of the home we purchased in June (things came up on inspection and was told we could easily use the gaf warranty) but since the wrong materials were used when this roof was installed the warranty with GAF will not touch the roof until campo fixes it. Numerous scheduled appointments were no showed no call backs I’m in the process of getting the BBB involved the warranty company involved and taking further steps as well. NEVER WORK WITH THIS COMPANY THE OWNER KEVIN IS EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL held a grudge on previous owners which he informed me of and that seems to be why he does not care about our roof and inside of ceiling has immense water damage now been 6 months still haven’t had anyone from the company try to help me fix this issue. This is my first home and this company has made the experience of being a new home owner terrible.

We are very sorry for your frustrations. Here are some of the facts you left out of your review. We were contracted by the previous homeowner to install the roof in 2016. After you purchased the home we made every effort to assist you in the transfer of the warranty. As we have explained before to you, along with the BBB, this transfer process can take up to 60 days for inspection, re-inspection, and final transfer. However, because of our manufacture’s Covid-19 policies, it took over 90 days to get the inspector out to your home to provide us with the proper punch list for us to complete. The punch list required us to order special materials, as your roof was a non-stocked, special order membrane roof. Due to COVID-19 related supply chain disruptions, we had extended lead times with product availability, along with the particular color of your roof being discontinued. We have since completed the punch list to the roof to the manufacture’s satisfaction and the warranty was transferred into your name. During the time it took to transfer the warranty, a tree branch fell and punctured the membrane, which is not covered under the warranty. Since the warranty transfer process took so long to, we decided that we would not charge you for the roof repair. Unfortunately, the tree branch puncture resulted in interior damage to the drywall ceiling. As we explained to you, this is not covered under the warranty we worked hard to get transferred to you. No roof warranty, that we are aware of, covers storm damage from falling branches and subsequent interior damage. We have never been under contract to do any work for you nor have we ever requested payment for the tree branch repair. We have made every effort to assist and work with you and we are disappointed that you would post this inaccurate review.

I highly recommend Campo Roofing for any of your roofing needs.  They repaired our roof and siding due to wind damage.  The Campo team was professional, prompt, and the craftsmanship was excellent. Campo exceeded expectations- I am thankful for the seamless service.

We were very happy with Campopiano Roofing.  Our salesman Ricky was extremely responsive.  When my wife went into labor on Day 1 of the tearoff, Campo was able to finish the project 1 day early so we could bring home our baby to a quiet house.  Would definitely recommend Ricky, Keven, and the entire Campo team!

I had a difficult situation with my roof but Campo was great throughout the whole process and my new roof looks amazing! Greg Pike was phenomenal and helped me navigate all the insurance hurdles, questions from the mortgage company, and he worked closely with city inspectors to get my roof project approved.
