  Using Reno-Vation was the most pain-free experience I have ever had with any remodeling project and I've done many through the years. The salesman who came to my home was terrific and extremely well-informed. He had my best interests in mind when assessed my needs, offered suggestions and guided me towards the right products for my particular home. Crews that installed were proficient, pleasant and finished ahead of time. All through it, the office staff was on top of it and made me feel my job was important to them. I love the quality of my new windows and glass slider and wish I would have found Reno-Vation sooner.

  Buyer Beware! This company sent inexperienced workmen to remodel my kitchen and after almost a year have yet to finish. Now they do not answer my calls or texts to repair the things that were faulty like the cabinet crown molding in complete, the floor molding incomplete, and cabinet doors that are warped. They charge quite a bit for a job poorly done. I would warn you to stay away from this company. I found out too late that they were not working with a contracting license and have been red flagged at the contractors board. Never on time and missing for days.

  The contract for this project was signed August 5th, 2020. Materials began arriving in mid September. The final payment and satisfaction of completion form was signed October 23rd, 2020. The work was completed to satisfaction in just over one month not over a year. We have seven contractor licenses, 2 million in liability insurance and bonds. The supplier and subcontractor for the cabinets, countertops and moulding is also licensed with 20 years of experience. It is unfortunate that there was an issue with two cabinet doors, moulding and piece of flooring. We have ordered the parts under warranty and intend to install when they arrive. It is taking longer than normal due to Covid related supply chain interruptions. This is beyond our control.

  Public beware...this company has no contractor's license after giving a friend of mine and I an outrageous quote, that was quite frankly a rip off and wanting most of the deposit, I called the contractor's board to check up on them. And not only was I advised they have no contractors license, but they've been red flagged!!!!

  We have no record of any interaction with this person. We are always happy to share our seven licenses, insurance information and bond information with any customers. Our main contractor license is clearly listed on the website. We are definitely not red flagged. This review is suspicious. The reviewer is posting a review for a friend?
