We used Mills Roofing for a Roof Maxx application to extend the lifetime of our 17- year old asphalt roof. From initial inspection & estimate to application of the soy-based product was under a week. Everyone at Mills Roofing was very professional and on time. It's not the cheapest product, but it comes with a 5-year warranty, and much cheaper than installing a whole new roof soon! Great to have a product available to help keep our roof in good shape for years to come.

I had the Roof Maxx done to my 20+ old roof. I am the third home owner on my street that had this done. Everyone that I had to deal with were wonderful and professional. From Russell L who did the inspection to Dawn who set up the work date to the two guys that came to do the work. The two guys who came to do the roof where so very nice and respectful. I would definitely recommend Mills roofing to anyone.

At first, we an issue with coordination and scheduling but they worked it out. The Work Crew was very professional and tidy, the attic solar fan made a tremendous difference bringing down the temperature also. I would like to highly commend the General Manager J. Mills, his handling of our contract was highly ethical and customer service satisfying. For our compensation, he gave us an over-reasonable, over-the-top discount. I highly recommend others to get this done. It's cheaper then a new roof, plus it's safer for me when I have to get up on the roof before each Halloween and Christmas holiday for years to come. Thank you Mills Roofing Inc.
