Their customer service can't be death! I have a sheriff gosling roof and my antenna blew down and tore a couple of places in my shingles. I was worried that I would have to have a new one as this one is about eighteen years old. I called them and there manager came out and fixed the places and told me I still have three to five years left before I had too. He took before and after pictures. I would recommend them to anyone. They are honest people and stand behind their work. I use the Benton Harbor Business. Justin Foster is a very nice honest guy and the manager there.

Called twice last year, and twice in the last month for new roof estimate. No answers, no call backs. After I made this review I got a call back. Over quoted me about $7,000.

I called for a roof repair estimate because we've been seeing some slow leakage in our attic. Justin came out and took a look, and then told me that the issue wasn't the roof, but rather our chimney. He showed me photos of both our chimneys, which had MAJOR mortar cracks, and he recommended that we call a chimney specialist. I don't know much about roofs, so he could have convinced me that I needed to have their company do an expensive roof repair, so I appreciate his honesty. He also went back up on the roof to add some clear caulk to the chimney as a temporary fix.
