  The staff are amazing! This store has everything you need with that said it doesn't have a million things to choose from (but that is where online ordering comes from). Hands down the most friendly hardware store in benton harbor. Great place

  While the person we asked to help us was nice we did have trouble with a different employee. While questioning and looking at the items another employee moved our cart with the items we had already picked out to purchase to a different aisle. If this had not happened my rating would have been 5 stars

  I always have a great experience here, they keep up with online stock so if they say it's there, it's there. Everything is easy to find and the staff is friendly and helpful
