  Our experience with the Shake Guys was outstanding. The Shake Guys provided us with exceptional advice and remarkable service during every step of the process. This included (1) conducting the roof inspection and filing insurance claims, (2) replacing our cedar shake roof with DaVinci Bellaforte slate, and (3) addressing and resolving details during the project. Chad and his entire team, including the project manager, roofing crew, and gutter subcontractor, are experts in the field who approached the job and completed the work as if it were their own home. They are attentive, responsive, professional, and ethical. We give the Shake Guys our highest recommendation.

  My experience with the Shake Guys and specifically Chad has been outstanding. After calling a different cedar shake roofing company and being put in a multi-month queue for service and inspection I called the Shake Guys. I had the opposite experience. Chad got back to me right away and we were able to schedule a visit within a week. It immediately became evident Chad is an expert in his field and he took the time to educate me on proper Cedar Shake installation, materials, maintenance and lifespan expectations. After Chad surveyed the roof and made a small repair, he provided a thorough explanation of recommended maintenance to maximize the lifespan of our 6 year old roof. We plan to continue our relationship with the Shake Guys for maintenance and repair thanks to Chad's helpfulness and professionalism.

  These guys are the best! They sealed our cedar roof this summer-fair price, professional, easy to work with, trustworthy, great job. Then, we had some leaks -they happily came and inspected (totally took their time to find the problem, which wasn't straightforward). Turns out it was stucco timbers and not even the roof. Connor and Al were on their cell phones diagnosing with the hose, they found the problem after many years of roofers couldn't. Love these guys! Love this company! Refreshing to find a company so accessible, customer service oriented, pleasant to work with, honest-and their work is beautiful!
