Just my luck to see these guys twice in two weeks. The first at my home and the second at my business after a water issue in my building. The team was fast, efficient and tried to make me feel at ease in both situations. I am so grateful for their work, professionalism, friendliness as well as caring attitudes! I highly recommend them!!!

We were on a time crunch for water mitigation and when we didn't know what to do we called the only person we could think of to get advice. Well, we got more than advice. Within an hour Trevor and his team equipped us with fans, dehumidifiers, and heaters to dry out our sheeting for spray foam for our new build. Who would have thought that this was yet another service they could provide. We are forever thankful for the quick response, dedication, and incredible customer service we received. We can't recommend Servepro of Douglas & Ottertail more.

There’s no job too big or small for the ServPro team! From shampooing thousands of square feet of hallways to shampooing apartment carpets for future move ins, they always go above and beyond our expectations. As a large senior living facility we are lucky to have ServPro take care of all our carpet cleaning needs. Servpro also works hard to get us on their schedule as fast as they can and are always super kind and easy to work with!
