  We had a leak around the vent stack on our condo. David Koepke had redone the roof several years ago, before we purchased the unit. Nevertheless, David Schroeder, who works with David Koepke called us back the next day, went to the unit and renailed and caulked the boot (flashing). And there was no charge. Remember, they didn’t know us, we were new owners and not involved earlier. Despite the other review here, our experience was first rate and I’d recommend them based on how they treated us.

  I had Koepp roofing do my home bout 6 years ago. Two weeks ago I had some shingles that were torn loose during a heavy wind. I called Keopp roofing hoping to have them come back and fix the damage,however to this date, I have not even had a return phone call! Apparently, they have no interest in taking care of former customer. Just a phone call would have been nice. I do not recommend this roof contractor. He has a I don't care attitude after the job is completed. Larry Bartl Alexandria
