Professional employees arrived on time, explained clearly the procedures they would follow and proceeded to do so. They finished the remediation in 3 hours and removed all debris from the property when they left. The owner of the Columbus Servpro oversaw their processes. My daughter's dog got sprayed by a skunk and because of the temperature they couldn't leave him outside, so in he comes staying in one area. The whole house smelled like shunk they couldn't stay there. I called Servpro and they said they would check on it but wasn't sure if it could be done. Well Servpro to the rescue! They came, they treated and we waited a few hours. Skunk smell was completely GONE!!!!! Thank you Servpro 😀

Measures for moisture and was told we did not need them. Very honest and professional would recommend them to everyone. Fast and dependable but most of all honest!!!
