In April of 2020 we had tornado damage. servepro came out quickly to tear out ceilings, walls, half my kitchen, and some hardwood flooring to dry the home. Since then we have request an estimate for repairs. Someone came out a few months later for estimate and was suppose to write it up so we could start work. We never heard back. Since then my husband has called, I sent an email to marketing (listed in one of the servepro google replies to previous review), then called again myself last week. I was told there was some "change to structure" which had us "lost in transition". I was told someone would call us in a day or 2, but still no contact has been made. I am very disappointed in their lack of communication and follow through to put our home back together. In 3 months it will be a year since the damage. I'm not sure what else to do to get them to help us with repairs..

These guys came right out after the city called them and were quick to cleanup the sewage backup to make my home livable and then we’re quick to come out the next day and start demo. Super professional and nice and explained everything that was going to be done. Will use again.

I wanted them to give me a estimate for mold removal. Everything was going well at first. The lady's who i talk to to schedule the appointment were great. Then it came time to give me the estimate and that is when i spoke to there office manager. She was one of the most unprofessional people i have every spoken to. She flat out lied to me about my estimate and who and when i would talk to someone about it. She talk to me with so much disrespect. When i finally talk to someone about my estimate they said they never said what she told me and they didn't even know that i call. If i were you i wouldn't use this company until she has gotten her act together.

Mr. Sanford- I apologize if our office staff was rude. I will definitely work with them to make sure we do a better job moving forward. I know our mitigation team came out to your house to provide you with an estimate, and determined they thought it was more of a construction job rather than a mitigation/restoration job. We then sent out our Construction Manager, and he felt as if it was a total loss, and also found out you had retained the services of a public adjuster. We contacted your public adjuster and he stated to us that there was no reason for us to provide an estimate as he had already worked up his own. Given the fact that estimates that large take 6-8 hours to complete, and that your public adjuster told us he didn’t need one, we felt it was in the best interest not to devote resources to it. I apologize if your adjuster didn’t relay that to you, the same way he did to us.
