  Randy was a pleasure to work with and either answered my call or returned my phone calls. He always made sure I was kept in the loop and completely understood the process. The roofers were very efficient and left NO mess!!!! All in all I would highly recommend Security Roofing.

  They were the only company that would come out and try to fix a leak in our roof and not just attempt to sell us a new roof. We also had them come out at a later date to find attic vents that were leaking. Eventually we used them to replace the roof entirely because all the previous repairs were just stop gaps to save money to replace the entire thing. Every time they gave us a great price, were professional and listened to our concerns. Highly recommend them!

  On June 18, 2021, a hailstorm passed through our area of Bellbrook with hail the size of hazel nuts and half the diameter of walnuts. The next morning, I called Security Roofing who had replaced the roof at our last home in Miami Township with excellent results, to come and inspect for damage. Within hours of their business opening for the day, Security Roofing called to schedule a time to inspect the roof. Several hours later, Randy and Rick Sitz from Security Roofing pulled in driveway, set up ladders and started inspecting for damage. Within a short time, they determined we did not have any areas "open to the weather". Randy and Rick performed a detailed inspection including photographs which they provided the same day to our insurance company (Erie Insurance) which the claims agent used to arrange for paying for a new roof. The new roof was installed in late September on a mutually agreeable date over two days. Rick visited us three days after installation to conduct a quality review. The roof looks fantastic, the job site cleaned up so much you wouldn't even know the roof was just replaced and the crew was extremely polite and focused on the job. This was a textbook example of how a roofing company should install a new roof!
