  Our experience with Andrews was exceptional from the beginning! They quickly came out to look at my house when my roof was damaged from a storm. They not only took care of replacing our roof but gave our entire house a facelift! New roof, gutters, windows, downspouts etc. they were fantastic to work with and went above and beyond to make our house exactly what we wanted. 10/10 recommend

  We couldn’t be more pleased with choosing Andrews Services for our new roof, and are looking forward to their new gutter and entry/storm door installs. Daniel and Goberto led the roofing teams for an excellent install job, which included new chimney flashing, rebuilt cricket, and upgraded exhaust and ridge vents. They were punctual, and the quality of workmanship was excellent. The clean up afterwards was exceptional – we found only 3 nails in the yard. The new roof looks perfect on the house. We had interviewed three other roofing companies, and none compared to the professionalism we experienced with Andrews. We were especially pleased to have Theo as our Sales Rep, who projected a great first impression of himself and the Andrews brand. He arrived promptly and did a complete inspection of the roof and attic interior, providing a thorough explanation of their condition. He actively listened to our questions and concerns, offering suggestions so that we could make an informed decision. We never felt rushed or pressured into making quick choices. Theo then went “above and beyond” to exceed our customer service expectations: *Whenever we had additional questions, he met with us outside of “normal business hours” on days and at times convenient to our schedule. *He worked closely with the company manufacturing our front entry door, to ensure that all the measurements were correct. *When he couldn’t find the materials locally for our gutters & downspouts, he contacted several suppliers to find our color and then drove his own truck to Columbus OH for pickup. Definitely would recommend Andrews Services for your upcoming home projects. You’ll be impressed.

  Zak worked with me from the start and provided a very competitive quote with additional features such as ridge vent and bathroom vents others didn't include. Team showed up on time and finished in a day and a half. Great work. Zak even went above and beyond by spending an hour running a magnet through my yard after his team had already done so. Highly recommended.
