  I got 3 estimates. This was the best product with the best warranty. One estimate was higher and one was lower. The contract was easy to understand and the salesman let me specify the details I wanted to add to the contract. They removed the old, worn out roof, replaced bad wood and were careful to remove all debris before starting with the new roof. I had a completed new roof in one day. They sent an employee to inspect the finished work. They left the place clean and were careful to pick up all staples, etc with a magnetic tool. As a Real Estate Broker with over 40 years experience I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone who needs a roof.

  We had Scott Smith Roofing install a new roof on our house 4/20/2021. They did an excellent job from start to finish and kept us informed all the way. They cleaned up the yard in an excellent manner and were very professional and polite. Would highly recommend this company. They also gave us a military discount which we really appreciated.
