  They did a roof next door to me and came over to my home at 7am and plugged an extension cord into my house without permission. Then when I call a guy answered the phone and yelled at me because they do that all the time and no one ever complains about it. Spoke to Ocala Electric and it is theft of electric services. The guy claims he apologized to the owner of the house but never spoke to anyone at my house. This goes to show that they are not good business people to think they can steal electric and not pay someone for what they used. Watch out using this company they are no good.

  Ryan was fantastic! Got me in the schedule quickly. Found my problem took pictures to show me and promptly repaired the issue. Highly recommend Fnf roofing.

  FNF Roofing can do what the other roofers state they will do. They were professional but overly confident. We had two valleys that were leaking. The roof was 16 years old and had other less severe issues. We were told the roof was poorly constructed and a reroof was recommended over repair (of course $$) While we were told a reroof would fix the multiple issues we had in those areas, it did not. We notified FNF and they came right out only to immediately state the problem was a stucco issue not a roofing issue but for an additional 500$, they would fix it for me. The contract stated "turn key" so I declined paying extra for an oversight by the "expert". I asked what caused the leak, to which I never received a clear answer but FNF did send Tom of Simply Sheet Metal to fix the problem. Tom said they needed to do it right this time and Tom did! And an AWESOME job at that! He even received a compliment from the stucco guy we had to call on after the roof was done! So FNF will put on a roof, get all the permitting, and be available if you need them. But I would not recommend FNF if you have issues other than just old shingles. And I hope I'm not harrassed to take this review down.
